How do I order?

You can order online by selecting your Make and those choosing your vehicle model. Click "add to cart" and checkout with your address information and card information. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. You can also call us if you want to pay with a Money Order.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE per package over $50 shipped within the 50 states. International and Canada are additional costs.

What is the shipping method?

We currently only ship USPS 1st Class Mail or USPS Priority mail. Express mail can be requested if you call and place the order by phone for $44.99 Extra.

The below policy applies to all orders placed by phone or on Philipsxenon.com. By placing an order you are agreeing to the following terms:

 

What is the return policy?

  1. We accept returns within 30 days of sale date, if the product is in resaleable condition. If the product is installed and used it can still be returned, but for store credit only.
  2. The product must not be dirty, damaged or missing any parts.
  3. There is a 25% restocking fee on all returns. We assure you our return rate is less than 1% because we make sure the lights will work on your vehicle before shipment. Our satisfaction rate is over 99%.
  4. Shipping fee's to and from customer are never refundable. It is customers responsibility to pay return shipping costs.
  5. Return authorization is required on all returns. No returns will be accepted without first contacting us through our "Contact Us" page.
  6. All returns must be sent with a tracking number. We may request this tracking number to prove the return was delivered.
  7. Cancellations: If orders are cancelled after 1 hour of placement, they are subject to 10% cancellation fee. Our system is automated and shipments leave our warehouse quickly.

 

Warranty Terms?

2-Year warranty only applies to HID conversion kits only and excludes other Philips and OSRAM products. 2-Year warranty is from the purchase date.
