This wire relay harness is designed for vehicles such as: Dodge Ram, Dodge Charger, Chrysler vehicles and 1999+ BMW models which will expirence flickering problems no matter what kit is installed.
If your vehicle is the above or is having issues of lights flickering on/off or shutting off, you need this installed to fool the computer. This is the same as our other relay harness but also has 2 resistors which solve the computer issues.
